SHAKE WELL, REMOVE CAP, SPRAY DIRECTLY UP NOSTRIL QUICKLY AND FIRMLY. DO NOT TILT HEAD BACKWARD WHILE SPRAYING. WIPE SPRAY NOZZLE CLEAN AND SECURE CAP FOLLOWING USE. DO NOT SHARE APPLICATORS.
